All return, credit and/or exchange requests must be made
within 30 days of order receipt.
Customer satisfaction is our goal at the Dakota Smith Country Store. In the event that any UNUSED/UNWORN
product (except for sculptures and special order items) does not meet your
expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item
availability. Sculptures and special order items are NOT refundable.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All returns
will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Your credit card account
will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and your credit
should appear on your next statement. Please allow 10-12 business days for
receipt and processing of your return.
If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of Dakota Smith or issues
of quality, the exchanged items will be shipped at no cost to you via
Standard Ground delivery.
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-12
business days for receipt and processing of your exchange. You will receive
an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
Dakota Smith will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item or if
the item sent is defective. The customer will be responsible for ALL shipping on
returns.

Order changes may be made if the order has not yet been released for shipment. Adjustments
